QdP is the ideal place to switch off from the fast pace of our busy daily lives.
The most serene moments at QdP can be appreciated in Spring and Fall, when you can enjoy nature at its fullest, away from extreme summer temperatures.
In springtime, you can enjoy the splendour of gorse in bloom (spontaneous vegetation of the farm), and other wild flowers. If you like birdwatching, you will enjoy the intense activity of several indigenous birds nesting in the cork oaks.
If you feel thrilled by the autumn colours, you will enjoy the colour change of the leaves of the oak trees and the nature getting prepared for the winter.
In cold days you may choose to stay inside by the fireplace, where you can always pick up a book to read from the library, while listening to Radiohead, appropriately singing “Hey man slow down”, or any other type of music you might prefer.
